Since more than 10 years, Sicav Srl has implemented its own production by moulding and assemblying metallic components.

Our Company follows all the whole process of the product development, from the desing of the mould up to the standard production and engineering of the process.

The process starts from a careful estimate of the raw materials. Later the products are made through hot metalworking of drawing, bending and shearing, which we add to, where necessary, assembly processes such as the spot welding.

For high-production components, Sicav Srl can couple moulds on the same machinery and mould intensively.
